Professional Chefs in the Spotlight

Our professional chefs are R&D ( Research and Development) application specialists for chocolate. For instance, one of our leading pastry chefs started working for PMF in 2017 as a technical advisor for the African market. In 2019, he took on the challenge of managing the activities of the Chocolate Center in Kampala.

There, he worked mainly on the internal promotion of PMF (Pastry Martials FActory Co.) through training, presentations, and tutorials on how to work with chocolate. He then focused on promoting the advantages of working with high-quality real chocolate for international customers, traveling around the world.

During these years, he worked closely with equipment suppliers, which drove him to better understand the difficulties, needs, and challenges of our customers. He observed the evolution in the use of chocolate, allowing him to adapt to different customer situations and gather knowledge and expertise in specialized chocolate equipment.
