PREPARATION METHOD
Mix Cream Pastry 1kg of cream pastry powder with 1.5 liters of cold water or milk at 5°C for 5 minutes at high speed. If desired, while mixing you may add dairy cream or whipped cream. Let the cream rest in the fridge for 30 min before use.
